Dee decides to get his “Suzette Forever” tattoo redone as a surprise on their anniversary, but is floored to find out that Suzette started the process of removing her “Dee Forever” tattoo. After this ruins their anniversary dinner, Suzette is on a mission to fix things with Dee and designs a new tattoo that she later seductively reveals. Throughout the anniversary plans, the kids realize they’ve gotten to learn a little “too much information” about their parent’s sex life, especially when they find a packet of pink hair dye not intended for their mom’s locks.

Aaron (Chris Rock) is a well-mannered and hard working young man, married to Michelle (Regina Hall), and still living at his father’s home. When his father dies, it is up to Aaron, the oldest son, to organize the funeral and give the eulogy. But preserving a civil atmosphere will be a hard thing to do, especially, when from the very start, the undertaker makes a horrifying mistake. And Ryan wants to be the celebrity of the event without paying for anything. But those incidents are only minor compared to the information that Aaron and Ryan get from Frank (Peter Dinklage) the mysterious dwarf who is attending the funeral and nobody seems to know.

Saving Grace S01 DVDRip XviD

There are very few television shows that revolve around a single figure to the extent that Saving Grace does. Then again, there are even fewer that can boast an actor as good as Oscar winner Holly Hunter in the lead role, and Hunter draws on her considerable chops and charms to bring to life a character who, while certainly sympathetic, isn’t always especially likable. Her Grace Hanadarko, a detective working for the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Major Crimes division, is a mess. We’re barely into the pilot episode (the first of thirteen comprising the show’s first season) before we discover that her married partner is just one of Grace’s many bedmates (promiscuous is one way to describe her; slut is another), and that she’s a heavy smoker and drinker and a foul-mouthed, habitual liar. And that’s on her good days. There are reasons for all of this, of course–turns out that the death of her sister in the 1995 terrorist bombing that claimed 168 lives is just one of them–but it’s only when Grace commits a particularly stupid and reckless act that the potential for redemption appears in the form of Earl (Leon Rippy), a tobacco-chewing good ol’ boy who just happens to be an angel. A “last chance angel,” to be exact, who suggests that if Grace will simply turn herself over to God, good things will ensue……

When the toys are accidentally donated to the Sunnyside Daycare center they’re initially overjoyed to once again be played with, but their enthusiasm quickly gives way to horror as they discover the true nature of the establishment under the rule of the deceptively welcoming “Lotso” Bear. Now, all of the toys must band together in one final, crazy scheme to escape their confines and return home to Andy.

“Lucky” Louie (Louis C.K.) is a stay-at-home dad who works part-time at a muffler shop. His wife, Kim (Pamela Adlon), is the breadwinner of the household, but her meager wages can barely provide them with a run-down apartment in a bad neighborhood. Louie has the moral support of his friends Mike (Mike Hagerty, Friends) and Rich (Jim Norton), who provide some of the show’s funniest and most disgusting moments. To only make things more inappropriate, Louie is constantly trying to cultivate a relationship with his African American neighbor Walter (Jerry Minor)–only because he is dying to have a black friend. This very adult sitcom takes a refreshing step back from the regular “one-hour conflict resolution” depiction of family, and instead suggests that healthy relationships are full of constant discord. C.K. and Adlon, who build off each other superbly, give an honest love-hate portrayal of marriage and parenting. For those who enjoy listening to NPR and the most vulgar of stand up comedy, this show is sure to please.
